Social media manager

I'm in need of a social media manager for my business and I have an understanding of the basics of each platform. Currently I use Tiktok as my main platform with the goal of driving sales and my monthly budget for this is less than $500. I am looking for someone who has experience managing a social media platform in order to help me increase brand awareness and create engagement with customers. The right candidate should be creative, a great problem-solver, and able to adapt quickly to changes. They should also be familiar with analytics and be able to provide me with insights into how to reach my goals in the most effective way.
