Social media manager

I need someone to assist with three platforms, Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. There are already in the business format. Just need assistance promoting and tweaking, building boards, adding links, etc, and then teaching me tips and tricks to make things seamless..this project may take about 10 hrs at most.
