Social media manager

I am a mental health-focused small business that sells self leads therapy journals. I need help managing my Instagram to get customers and followers. I already have a lot of content created so need it to be scheduled with captions/hashtags and mainly need followers/growth and anything else you have to offer! We have been selling online for almost a year and have only had 5 sales so need some help!
