Social media manager

We are looking for someone to help us with our social media presence in Spain. We currently have a post plan that is developed n Portugal and translated to Spanish. We are looking for someone that will in the first instance will (1) take that plan, (2) translate / adapt it and (3) post it and then, later, come up with its own plan and post it. We might also need some help with managing community (tbd)
