Social media management

Hello, I am looking to hire a social media manager to help manage my daily marketing presence on Instagram. The content to be managed will include both posts and ads. The posts will need to be made daily in order to keep my profile active, but with a creative flair to attract the right customers and to encourage engagement. The right social media manager should be well-versed in Instagram, particularly for creating and publishing content that best suits my needs. They should be familiar with Instagram Ads Manager and be able to use the necessary tools to manage campaigns, track and optimize performance, and build an audience. Most importantly, this person should possess great communication skills as well as the necessary knowledge to provide me with valuable insights and analysis.
