Social media management

I am looking for someone to create social media accounts, create 30 posts each month, keywords and publishing with management of the accounts and optimisation and for better reach n engagement for my new start up (dental clinic). The post have to be created by deciding an appropriate theme. Content will not be provided and will have to be created and finalised over discussions
