Social media management

I have started a Web-application which targets the age group of 13 to 21 year old. It is a screening, diagnostic, educational and referral tool for mental health aiming at preventive medicine. I would like someone to create content and manage our social media. Make appealing adverts for Facebook, Video adverts for Youtube and twitter and mainly Instagram reels with heart touching psychotherapy short messages (I can supply the messages). Lets first start with 10 instagram reels and if I like the work we could do ongoing work.
