Social media influencers

I am looking to engage with social media influencers on Instagram and am seeking an experienced individual to help me manage this process. I don't have identified influencers but I do have a target audience and criteria established. The goal of the project is to have the influencers engage with their audience in a meaningful way. I need someone who is well-versed in creating and managing influencer relationships on Instagram and is interested in helping me get the best results from this project.
