Social media help

I have two websites, www.theinspirationorchestra.com and www.littlemistymusic.com and two FB pages, ian.white.98031 and theinspirationorchestrascotland and I just feel I am not getting the best out out them, and am looking for a good value monthly service from someone expert in knowing how to get posts seen, and how to bring targeted traffic to my websites. For example the Inspiration Orchestra one really needs to be opened up to communities around the world in the field of disability.. societies for Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy etc. I have a very small budget, and really just want to hire someone for a couple of hours every month just to go over the sites and give me advice on, for example how to spend money effectively on FB. It will suit someone who can work fast in this field , and is on top of all current developments. Want to concentrate mainly on UK and US for now.
