Social media fan page management

Looking for someone that can handle making specific targeted comments on followers of my competitors pages. Ideally would like to have 3 fan pages posting a 100 comments a day directing people to follow my main page. The first part of the comment will need to be different for each photo and specific to what’s in the photo, preferably a photo in which a tattoo is visible, the last part of the comment is copied on all comments directing them to follow my page and check out my website , for example. “ Check out @bluetattoo from www.losangelestattooshop.com next time your looking for ink in LA?” will be posted to ever comment along with something complimenting the person in the photo.
