Social media expert to increase engagement

I'm looking for a social media marketing expert to increase engagement on social media for products like clothing brand, painting brand. My current platforms are Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The expert should focus primarily on engagement with followers, creating a strong connection between my brand and potential clients and increase the engagement in terms of likes, shares, comments & saves. Well hands on experience is required in terms of Paid media marketing, creating custom audience, remarketing, strategy thinking & analyzing the performance. They should also provide content that is relevant and interesting to inspire conversation. I'm looking for someone to publish post on daily basis.
