Social media expert - for advice and guidance (Instagram and TikTok)

I'm looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in social media marketing and content creation
- Growing audience on social media (Instagram and Tiktok)
- Familiar with the functionality and features of Instagram and Tiktok (especially the algorithm)
- Ideally based in East Asia timezone (but not necessary)
- Experienced in managing Instagram and Tiktok ads
- Fluent in English (with minimal accent if possible)
