Social media expert in Japan

I am looking for a social media expert to help expand our presence in Japan. Specifically, I need expertise in content creation and curation for Twitter, but knowledge of other platforms such as Facebook or Instagram would be a plus. The ideal candidate has experience in developing content appropriate for a Japanese audience and should also have an appreciation for cultural nuances that vary between western and eastern cultures. Knowledge of Japanese advertising is not a requirement, but it would be beneficial and appreciated.
