Social media branding and posting

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with social media branding and posting on LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms of social media. My main goal for the social media campaign is to increase brand awareness. Although I have some ideas, I would like some help with branding materials and guidelines. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in social media marketing, branding, and content creation. This job is for B2 to B branding and not for consumers or individuals. I need someone with USA branding, marketing, and social media experience within the USA IT services/staffing and recruiting with at t least 2 years of experience. Please be willing to provide material references or examples of previous work.
