We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media assistent. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with users on our social media platform and building a positive brand image through conversation.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to user messages and comments on our social media platform in a professional and friendly manner
- Engaging with users in a conversational tone to build relationships and encourage user engagement
- Monitoring user activity on the platform and reporting any issues or concerns to management
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:
- Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in social media management or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, nightshifts and weekends
