I am seeking a social media manager to handle the following tasks for my business:

Platforms:
- The primary social media platform that I currently use is Facebook.

Goal:
- My primary goal for social media management is to boost product sales and increase revenue organically for my real estate business.

Posting Frequency:
- I would like to post on social media daily to ensure consistent engagement with my audience, share to 40-60 buy and sell groups in my area per day and answer messages.

Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in social media management, with a focus on boosting product sales.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter algorithms and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving sales through social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative strategies to attract and engage followers by taking the content from my real estate website.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
