Social Media sales closing

Hello! I am in need of a freelancer to help me with my social media sales closing. My primary platform of choice is Instagram, I would like the freelancer to get in touch with top instagram pages that upload content on watches and close partnership deals with them which is either enlisting our products on instagram for a commission on sale or, I do have an idea of what I would like to do.
