Social Media marketing for a doctoral private practice

I am looking for someone who can help me with social media. We are a cardiology private practice and would like to use social media. Our main goal is to post on a regular basis.
The initial idea is that we find someone who can create professional looking accounts on different social media platform and conect them with e.g. crowdfire or some other app that we can use for that.
We would need BUSINESS accounts for:
Twitter
LinkedIn
Xing
Facebook
Instagram
TicToc (I am not so shure about that)
MAybe you have other ideas that would also be good :)
