Social Media marketing for Supplement brand to target the LGBTIQ community

I'm looking for someone to assist with advertising and marketing through social media platforms. The products are supplements and the main target market is people who are within the LGBTIQ community. Mostly through Facebook and Instagram platforms. I need someone experienced and who is able to not only do the advertisements (with budget) but come up with ideas and content writing on what would work best.
