Social Media marketing

Hello! I am starting a social media marketing agency and would like to get into contact with skilled marketers who will make my life a lot easier, as I don't have the expertise to run ads myself. As of right now, I don't have any clients. But I'm just getting my feet in the water looking for marketers for one that the first client comes. The way I'm looking to model my business is to pay monthly to the freelancer for the work that they do.
