Social Media manager and Content creator - Monthly ongoing Full time job

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Instagram accounts and creating visual content such as photos, videos, and graphics.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Instagram, tiktok, threads, pinterest, facebook, x, nextdoor, reddit and more account to increase engagement and followers
- Create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand image
- Develop a content strategy to ensure consistent and engaging posts
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts and growing followers
- Proficiency in creating visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track social media performance
