Social Media design & editing

I need someone who can edit some social media posts (pictures) to refresh them and make them look new, different and pass them off as my own. These include taking fitness before and afters to make them look like they can be passed off as my own and also taking recipes and editing the background, format so that i can use and pass off as my own.
