Social Media & YouTube Manager

I'm seeking a dedicated individual to manage 3 YouTube channels and our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and upload videos for 3 YouTube channels (basic to intermediate editing)
- Create high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails
- Optimize titles, tags, and descriptions for SEO
- Plan and post content on Instagram and Facebook (Reels, Posts, Captions)
- Maintain consistency and handle comment/DM engagement

Channels/Niches:
- Tailoring & Skill Education
- Lifestyle Vlogs
- Women Empowerment & Self-Employment

Budget: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month OR ₹1.5 Lakh per annum (negotiable based on skills)
Long-term role preferred

Work Type:
- Remote (Work from home)
- Flexible hours, but consistent weekly deliverables

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Creative mindset for thumbnails and post ideas
- Excellent communication skills
