Social Media Video Content Creator & Manager

We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our team at an El.Paso, TX local Montrae Lounge bar. As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging videos, captivating photos, and compelling promotional content that will drive customers to the bar and increase brand awareness. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing, editing, scheduling posts and growing our social media presence across various platforms.


Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality videos and photos that align with our brand identity and target audience

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and reach

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms

- Analyze social media data and use insights to optimize content strategy


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a social media content creator and manager

- Proficient in video editing tools and photography equipment

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
