Social Media Trainer

I am looking for a "One-on-One TRAINER" for social media trainer to help me to improve the content we create, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, teach me how to navigate my business pages for FB, Insta and TikTok. Although I do have an understanding of digital marketing and have served as strategist, I have always had someone to DO the work. I need to find someone who can teach me to be the one to execute. I am particularly interested in optimizing content creation to increase engagement and grow our audience. Ideally, this person would classify themselves as advanced in terms of their expertise with social media marketing and content creation...a person good enough to run social media for my company is the person who should train me.
