Social Media and Telegram Outreach Specialist
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Social Media and Telegram Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and engage members to our premium channel through targeted outreach efforts on social media platforms and Telegram.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement outreach strategies on social media and Telegram to attract and engage potential subscribers to our premium channel.
2. Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on our brand, adjusting your strategies as necessary.
3. Create engaging and persuasive messages and content to reach out to potential subscribers.
4. Identify, follow, and interact with influencers and potential subscribers on social media platforms and Telegram.
5. Manage and respond to queries and discussions on social media and Telegram to maintain a high level of customer engagement.
6. Build and maintain relationships with users, community leaders, influencers, and other relevant parties on social media and Telegram.
7. Use analytics tools to monitor user engagement and effectiveness of outreach campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
8. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer relations, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a social media outreach specialist or similar role.
2. Familiarity with various social media platforms, with expert knowledge of Telegram.
3. Excellent knowledge of social media analytics tools.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
5. Exceptional persuasive writing skills for crafting outreach messages and responses.
6. Strong understanding of user behavior and audience targeting.
7. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative thinker.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field preferred.
Additional Information:
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a weekly base pay. You will receive $10 per week, in addition to a 20% recurring commission for each successful sale linked to your outreach efforts. This compensation structure is designed to reward proactive, successful outreach and high-quality customer engagement. Please note that there is no cap on commissions, providing a significant earning potential for driven individuals.
