Social Media Strategist for Upcoming Real Estate Project in the city

I am on the hunt for an experienced and creative Social Media Campaign Strategist to manage, plan and run campaigns across 5 platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads) for the next 1.5 to 2 years.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive and varied social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Generate leads for our real estate project through the execution of targeted campaigns.
- Regular maintenance and updating of all the social media platforms.
-Make our social media's look branded and luxurious.
-Posting content to generate organic leads.
Given the scope of work, a background in the following would be significantly beneficial:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role specifically in the real estate realm.
- Experience with lead generation through social media platforms.
- Proficiency in multiple social media platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Ability to deliver creative content.
