**Responsibilities:**

- Create visually appealing, engaging content that aligns with themes of spirituality and life coaching.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for posts, stories, and updates.
- Optimize social media content using SEO techniques to increase reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to expand audience and drive traffic.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing, preferably for personal brands or coaching businesses.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or other social media management platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and align with the mission and vision of spirituality and personal growth.
