- Drafting engaging messages for my clients.
- Delivering these messages on a weekly basis through both SMS and social platforms, Facebook and Instagram.
- Leveraging pre-made messages to ensure consistent communication.
Extensive experience in both digital customer engagement and social media management is necessary for this role. Efficiency, attention to detail, and high-quality communication skills are also required.
