4EIGN Talents is an innovative management consultancy from Germany. Together with our project partners, including well-known companies from the skilled trades, industry and the healthcare sector, we ensure the successful immigration of skilled workers. We support applicants during the entire application process as well as in the coordination with all authorities and during the relocation and integration in Germany. For our current growth strategy, we are looking for a Social Media Recruiter for the Indian labor market on a commission basis.

Your tasks:

- Independent execution of active sourcing with a focus on positions from the skilled trades, industry or healthcare for the Indian labor market
- Identification, direct approach and conducting initial interviews to recruit professionals for the 4EIGN Talents program
- Optimization and further development of structures in Active Sourcing
- Establishment of recruiting networks in India.

Your profile:

- Experience in recruiting and active sourcing, particularly via LinkedIn or Facebook
- Recruiting experience from the craft sector, industry or healthcare sector
- Very good communication skills and knowledge of English
- High organizational skills as well as reliability and sense of responsibility
