Social Media Promotion

I'm looking for someone who can completely focus on our social media marketing. Mostly to boost our popularity so that we can't rank better on search engines. Second, would be if there are methods in order to incentivize sales of our educational programs. We have Facebook, linkedin, twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Youtube.

What exactly would you be able to do to accomplish our goal.
