Social Media Posters and reels together with marketing and wording

I am looking for a freelancer who can create engaging social media posters and reels for my project. The posters and reels will primarily be used for Facebook and Insta. I have a rough idea of the theme or style I want, but I am open to suggestions and creative input from the freelancer. My preferred budget for this project is $50-$200.
