VA - Social Media Outreach & Appointment Setter

We are looking for an outreach and appointment setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via LinkedIn and FB/IG.

Responsibilities

- Reach out to people as a contact list given
- Screening with basic questions and concerns about the service provided.
- Making sure that potential clients might be interested in our services.
- Scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our Sales Representatives.
- Update the details of the date reach out, status, and note for the Sales Representative.
- Follow up with prospects who you have been unable to contact.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Experience and understanding of Social Media Agency are preferred.
