Social Media and Marketing Strategy

I'm seeking a social media expert who can help me to establish and grow my company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy to drive website traffic and generate leads
- Create and curate engaging content for all three platforms
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media accounts
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing successful social media accounts, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Experience in running social media campaigns that drive website traffic and generate leads
- Understanding of social media analytics tools and how to use them to inform strategy
- Excellent content creation and curation skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with my target audience (age 18-44) is a plus, but not required.
This is a long-term project. I'm looking for a dedicated and results-oriented professional to work closely with me to achieve our social media marketing goals.
