I'm seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow my Instagram and LinkedIn accounts from scratch. The ultimate goal is to reach 10k followers in just one month. Payment structure is based on performance, specifically 10% via referral links for every course sold.

Content Requirements:
- The content must align with my style, ideas and professional content and is subject to my approval prior to posting.
- The types of content to be shared include:
- Educational posts
- Promotional content
- User engagement activities
Videos, pictures, Quotes

The goal is first to establish relationships with my followers via Story telling and adding value for them. Ultimately selling comes afterwards. So no agressive selling methods.

Posting Schedule:
- Content should be posted three times a week.

Tone of Content:
- All content should embody an educational and inspirational tone.
