Social Media Marketing Management

I am looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can help me increase brand awareness on all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating compelling content and visuals that resonate with the target audience. The project will require the following skills:
- Social Media Marketing: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Social media marketing, including best practices for content creation, audience engagement, and growth hacking strategies.
- Content Creation: The candidate should be able to create high-quality and engaging content that reflects my brand voice and resonates with my target audience. This includes visuals, graphics, and copywriting.
- Analytics and Reporting: The candidate should be able to track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of the campaign and adjust the strategy accordingly.
The project's primary goal is to increase brand awareness on social media, which will drive more traffic to my socials increasing engagements as well as footfall to my restaurant. The successful candidate will work closely with me to develop a social media strategy that aligns with my business goals and delivers measurable results.
This will be a continuous project and will be a long term commitment.
