Social Media Marketing and Management

I am looking for someone who can set up my social media pages, social content, social media channels like facebook, instagram and twitter content, help create podcasts and webcast [vimeo webcasts], help me arrange speakers and create virtual events with selected topics, help me build brand myself and create youtube channel and content. I see this process happening in the following phases: (1) setting up the pages and accounts;(2) create content for these channels;(3) get these to go live with speaker and marketing events. Each phase will be compensated separately. Phase 1 will take about a couple of weeks, Phase 2 will take 3-4 weeks and last phase will take about at least 2-3 months. My budget will be about $1,500- $3,000 combined over all phases. I will consider a discretionary bonus if I am happy.
