- send *direct messages* daily (70+)
- like content from our target demographic
- follow users from target demographic
- unfollow users to keep count low
- (increase following & engagment & generate leads)

* Must be able to do all these things
* Must be able to communicate well
* Must be flexible on timing - considering differences in timezones
