Social Media Marketing Campaign to increase Youtube subscribers

I need a social media campaign to increase subscribers and viewership for my Youtube educational channel. The channel is a Xhosa language channel aimed mostly at children who are learning the language of Xhosa. The campaign should therefore target parents in South Africa. I have no existing social media pages except Youtube.
