Social Media Marketing Agency partner to take calls and close deals for me

Hello, I am looking for a partner that can help me with my Social Media Marketing Agency. I am currently over my head with cold emails and I need a partner that can jump on calls with the clients I have. My agency offers pretty much any social media service out there. This is a long term partnership and works on commission, meaning you get 40-50% of the profits we make off the deal. At this moment I get around 5-10 calls a week, but we can scale this with your help. I close almost half of this calls, so there is room for improvement.
