- Creative thinking and ability to generate unique ideas for content
- Excellent communication and writing skills to effectively convey the brand's message
- Understanding of the target audience and ability to tailor content accordingly
- Ability to monitor and respond to audience engagement and feedback

Note: Experience with Instagram and Twitter is a plus, but the main focus will be on Facebook.
