Social Media Marketing

I am in need of an experienced Social Media Marketer to help me drive website traffic through the major social media platforms. My primary focus is on Facebook, but I also want to leverage Instagram and Twitter. I have a general idea of the type of target audience I want to reach, though I am open to other suggestions.
