Social Media Marketing

I want to find business owners that would want my national energy brokerage firm to help them save money on their electricity and natural costs for the commercial utility bills. I will need to zero in on business owners commercial utility bills in select zip codes. I'd create the social media/content. I just need to be able to drill down to specific zip codes and business owners. They would then click a hyperlink that will take them to my URL and they would then enroll into a program that would save them money.
