Social Media Marketing

I am looking for a marketing specialist to take on our social media marketing with good graphic designs, the project can be long term if all goes well and the marketing is good then we can hire on 1yr contract, we want our Social media to be able to get leads and inquiries from it and increase engagement, following etc.
