Social Media Marketer (no paid channels)

We are starting a new facebook group for people to find marriage partners (bride/groom). Our target customers will be from:
living in Canada/USA but originally from Bangladesh or their parents might be from Bangladesh, so basically from Bangladeshi heritage.
Your job is to get group members for our group.
1. Find members from other Canadian/USA groups where there are many Bangladeshi people and join them in our groups.
2. The members should be active, they should post about looking for bride/groom.
3. Let me know a brief plan how you are going to do that.
It is a long long term job.
