Social Media Marketer for DatePro Brand
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
DatePro is a brand dedicated to providing all the essentials you need for the perfect date. We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer to scale our brand’s online presence, grow our audience, and drive sales through paid ads and organic content.
What You’ll Do:
• Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Create engaging content (reels, posts, and stories) to attract and retain customers.
• Develop growth strategies to increase followers and engagement.
• Analyze ad and content performance to maximize ROI.
• Experiment with new trends and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Compensation (Base + Commission)
• Base Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and experience).
• Commission:
• 5-10% commission on every sale driven through ads/social media efforts.
• Performance Bonuses: ₹5,000 extra for achieving 100 sales/month.
• Higher incentives for exceeding revenue targets.
