Social Media Manger / Promoting / General sales

I am looking for a social media manager to help promote my business on a national level. Specifically, I am looking for someone to handle the management of my Instagram account, with posts being generated daily. This task entails creating engaging content, monitoring comments and direct messages, managing story highlights, and providing analytics on post performance. Additionally, I am looking for this role to include some form of general sales promotion; creating incentive programs, engaging with leads, and incentivizing customers to purchase. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of social media management and a creative eye that will help generate high-quality content and attract new audiences.
