Social Media Manager for a youtube channel

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a social media manager with experience in growing channels. This also includes promotion on other social media platforms. The goal is to monetize the channel organically and create engagement. Either you mentor me or do service, as long as we reach the goal and be able to reproduce these types of channels.
