Social Media Manager for new startup

We are a new startup offering educational leadership training courses for teachers and schools. We are looking for a social media manager to setup social media accounts on Youtube, Facebook and potentially 1 or 2 more sites. We would like that manager to post content and grow the accounts quickly for 1 month. There may be a view to expanding this longer term.
