Social Media Manager for a business executive

I need someone to work with an executive on an ongoing basis to do the following:
-Develop engaging and effective social media plan for 3 platforms
-Build content calendar and develop assets and content on a weekly basis
-Find and communicate online opportunities where personal brand can be extended and develop relevant content for these opportunities
